All prices on this site include VAT, and the delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay. There are no other fees.
When it goes out
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day from our warehouse in Suffolk.
Orders placed after 2pm, at a weekend, or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.
Everything goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to arrive within two to three working days of dispatch. That is Royal Mail's aim rather than a guarantee, so we won't promise a particular day.
When your parcel leaves us we'll email you the tracking number with a link to follow it.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom at the same price — including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. No surcharges and no excluded postcodes.
We don't ship outside the UK at the moment.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel hasn't turned up, tracking has stopped moving, or something has arrived damaged, contact us on 01206 804101 or sales@clearancedepot.co.uk and we'll sort it out. Have your order number to hand — it's on your confirmation email and starts CD-.
Returning something
If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we pay. The full policy is on our returns page.
Your right to cancel
Separately from our returns policy, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days without giving a reason. That right, and how to use it, is set out on our returns page.
